Miami Employee Polygraph Testing - Lie Detector Service
Miami business owners have enough challenges running their business, and a deceitful employee just adds to it. The majority of employees and people in general are honest, but every once in a while, there is a bad seed. We are here to help find that bad seed, so you can get back to what matters, running a successful business. Our polygraph examiners are trained and equipped with computerized polygraph testing machines. This allows us to find the truth over 85%-90% of the time. When we can't find the truth it is usually due to the tester interfering (drugs in their system, purposely answering incorrect) with the test, which is very obvious to our polygraph examiner, in these cases, you will be informed that the test is inconclusive and the reasoning behind it.
The polygraph examination takes approximately 2-3 hours and can be performed at your business, the employees home or are one of our Miami Lie Detection centers. The results are only shared with the person taking the test and the employer. Both parties will receive the results in writing if requested. If the results are inconclusive, we do offer re-testing in certain situations.

There are laws regarding employee lie detection, which will be explained to both the employee and the employer. Before any polygraph test is given to an employee, you need to have a valid reason and reasonable suspicion before having an employee take a lie detection test. Reasonable suspicion could be the following; the employee was the only person working the night of the theft, they were also the only ones with the code for the safe or register.
